....which is why I so seldom write one of these!  But, a new piece just went up here, and I thought I'd write a bit about it.  "Savage Betty" was an idea that was swimming in my head for quite awhile, and she's finally been brought out into the real world.  The project was a lot of fun to work on, and a learning experience in a lot of ways in terms of materials and what they will and won't do.  Lots of useful knowledge gained, and I got to take a first swipe at one of my favorite subjects.  Most importantly, I was reminded that the work IS the most important thing about this whole artsy side of my life.  When I'm actually doing the work, that's when things just seem... "right".  So, I'll take that as my cue to sign off, and get back to it.  Hope you enjoy the new work.  :)

You're very welcome! It's nice to see so many beautiful images of one of my all time favorite space vehicles. I have a model for Poser that I have yet to use in some images, and am heading out to Wonderfest in May where I may try to snag a large scale physical model of an Eagle. What can I say? It's a love affair with that ship design. :)
